Your hosts, Lloyd and Shirley Reed, welcome you to Creekside B&B. Creekside B&B, which is 1,500 square feet, is located on the lower level of our home. Your private patio has outdoor furniture to use as you relax while listening to the rushing water of the creek and watching nature unfold before you. Your private patio is surrounded by a two-level stone wall that displays our annual/perennial flower garden.

ENTRANCE TO CREEKSIDE B&B
This is your private parking area and private entrance at Creekside B&B, which is your lodging accommodations. On the private patio, there are two Bistro Tables with six Bistro chairs & a propane gas grill for your use.
Our two guest room rates for 2012 range from $95.00 - $115.00 for 1-2 guests Rate for each additional guest over 10 years of age: $10.00 A full homemade breakfast is included in the rate. Rates are subject to change without notice. There are No seasonal rates. Our two guest rooms share a spacious full bath which includes soaps, shampoo, conditioner (individual or by dispenser), hair dryer, hair curler(1") and luxurious linens. Your breakfast will be served either in our main level of the house with your hosts or you may choose to eat on your private patio or in the B&B dining room. Resident pets do not permit guest's pets.
SANDSTONE GUEST ROOM- The Sandstone Guest Room features two deluxe queen-sized beds in this spacious guest room; guests in this room are just steps away from the common area, which includes rec room with a pool table, family room with DirectTV & DVD, laundry room and full equipped kitchen. We offer Four (4) pillows - 2 soft and 2 firm; extra blankets; deluxe linens and towels; wooden hangars; Ultra plush spa robes for use on premises; Hot tub is outside; Ceiling fans; air conditioning; digital alarm clock;

We request a 50% deposit, made payable with check, cash or credit card through PayPal, at time reservation is made. Balance of your reservation plus Nebraska Sales and Lodging Tax will be added to your payment and is due upon check-in.
Children 8 years of age and older will be an additional charge.
Cancellation 14 days before scheduled arrival date - $35 fee retained; cancellation less than 14 days before scheduled arrival date - full deposit is retained, unless replacement guest is obtained, in which case deposit less $35 cancellation fee is returned. You may also have the option to apply your deposit to a future stay this year.
