Creekside B&B is located in Western Nebraska, 8.5 miles Southeast of Crawford, Nebraska and 28 miles Southwest of Chadron, Nebraska. We are also located 70 miles South of the Black Hills, South Dakota and 129 miles South of Mount Rushmore, which is near Keystone, South Dakota.
We are conveniently located just minutes to many historical attractions, such as Western Nebraska's premier State Park - Fort Robinson State Park, Museum of the Fur Trade which is 3 miles east of Chadron, Nebraska, Chadron State Park, Toadstool Geologic Park, Mari Sandoz High Plains Heritage Center, and Hudson-Meng Bison Bonebed.
We offer relaxing and comfortable lodging accommodations with a pond filled with western Canadian steelhead trout and a rushing creek that flows through our 40 acres. We are located in the Scenic, Pine Ridge area of Northwest Nebraska with its native ponderosa pine forests and mixed grass prairies found in the Nebraska National Forest in the Nebraska Panhandle.
Creekside B&B activities for families, include mountain biking (bring your own bike), hiking/walking on our nature trails, hunting; such as mule deer, white-tailed deer and Merriam's Turkeys, photography, horseshoes, stargazing and a list of favorite places to see/visit during your stay. Crawford, Nebraska is known as the "Big Game Capital of Nebraska". We also are located next to Ponderosa Wildlife Management Area.
